How to do KOT cancellation?

 ‘INVENTORY’ cancellation, click on the ‘Open’ option on ‘Home screen’

• • Click on ‘Order number’ in the ‘Orders’ option which you want to cancel.
    

    Click on the ‘Home Screen’ button

    Select the ‘Cancel’ option to cancel the ‘Inventory’

    Cancellation reason POP-UP will come on screen.

    Select proper cancellation reason and click on ‘SEND’.

    Cancellation ‘KOT’ will be printed.

    ‘Table’ KOT cancellation, click on the ‘Open’ option on ‘Home screen’.

    Long press on ‘Table number’ which you want to cancel.

    Click on the ‘Minus’ (i.e. ‘-’) button.

    Select ‘Cancel’ option to cancel

    The table cancellation reason POP-UP will come > select cancellation reason

    Click on ‘SEND’ button

    Cancellation ‘KOT’ will be printed.
