How can I run stock ledger report ?

A stock ledger report allows you to track your inventory levels and make informed decisions about ordering more or less stock. It helps you avoid stockouts, overstocking, and lost sales. With a stock ledger report, you can make informed decisions about purchasing, production, and sales. It helps you identify trends, track performance, and plan for the future.

The stock ledger report is a valuable resource for businesses as it summarizes all stock-related activities. It allows for easy access to detailed information about each item in stock, including incoming and outgoing transfers and sales. With RisePOS, managing your stock is simplified thanks to the convenience of the stock ledger report.

To access the stock ledger report, follow these steps:
  • Log in to the Back Office.
  • Navigate to the ‘Reports’ option from the left menu.
  • Choose the ‘Inventory’ tab.
  • Select the ‘STOCK LEDGER REPORT’ option.
  • Choose the desired store.
  • For category-specific information, select the appropriate category, or for item-specific data, select the desired item.
  • To generate the entire stock ledger report, click the ‘Submit’ button.
  • Specify the desired date range by specifying the ‘From’ and ‘To’ dates, and then click ‘Apply.’
  • Click the ‘Submit’ button again to view the report.
  • Utilize the ‘Export to File’ option to export the report.

Note: After submitting the above command particular item-wise stock ledger reports can be seen or exported.
